Teen Floral Corsage and Boutonniere Class-REGISTRATION REQUIRED, registration opens Monday April 2nd at 10 a.m.

Come design your own wrist corsage and boutonniere! An experienced florist will walk you through the basic steps and help you create a beautiful corsage and boutonniere unique to your style. By the end of the class each person will leave with a matching wrist corsage and boutonniere for prom. The cost is completely free! Registration is limited to 15 spots and registration opens on Monday April 2nd at 10 a.m. Teens registering should be high school students. 

Funded by Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage (Legacy) Amendment and the Friends of the Library.

Tai Chi for All Ages

Join Ms. Karen for Tai Chi classes! Try this ancient activity to gently build strength, stamina and flexibility.  Our volunteer, Karen, is a certified Tai Chi instructor following the Tai Chi for Health teachings. Karen will lead the class with some tailoring based on the needs of the members in each class. Wear everyday clothing and wear shoes with flat soles during class. Please check with your healthcare provider before beginning new activities.  

All ages welcome! This class is intended for a range of ages and familial constellations, including adults and seasoned adults including those who prefer to do their workouts in chair, teens, and children with caregivers in attendance. Please contact the library if you have any questions!
